Pieces normally take 2-3 days to ship to domestic destinations, and include full tracking information. We may occasionally require components which are out of stock and awaiting delivery to us, in which case we will notify you of any delay.
For destinations such as Europe, UK, Canada, South America and Australia, shipping usually takes about 10-12 days. For international orders to the rest of the world, packages can take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive so please allow for this.
We offer shipping upgrades for international 'signed on delivery' if you would like full international tracking. Please speak to us in an Etsy convo for further details.
We also offer free repairs for purchases that incur minor damage during wear. You just need to cover return shipment. It is helpful to us for you to include a photograph of the piece when requesting a return, so that we may assess the work necessary.
Our work is entirely original and made with great care and attention to detail. We hope you love our work and receive many years of satisfaction wearing them.

5 out of 5 starsI requested to purchase a Iolite custom in sterling silver ring of the blue stone in one of the pictures she has up on the listing. She did a beautiful job picking the bluest/Indigo stone hue she had in stock and it shifts color in different lighting and it’s stunning and magical. This isn’t my first ring by her. I have the same design but in bronze and amethyst. I love the design and would most definitely purchase another in other stone types as well in this design. It’s a stunning ring to wear and fits comfortably and hugs the top of my knuckle nicely.
